Fillable Printables is a small, independent site of free templates. Each one is a form with a printable page beside it: you type, the page fills in, and you print it or save it as a PDF.

Why it exists

Most printable templates are a PDF you download and fill in by hand, or a Word file you have to reformat. These are filled in online and laid out for you, and you can still print a blank copy if you would sooner use a pen.

What happens to what you type

It stays in your browser. The site has no accounts and no database, and the forms are never submitted to a server. Your browser remembers your entries on that device so you can come back later; "Clear" removes them. The privacy policy has the details.

How it is paid for

The templates are free. The site is intended to be paid for by advertising shown beside the templates, never on the printed page.

If a template prints badly on your printer or is missing a field you need, tell us.
